Problems You Might Meet When Redeem The Points
Redeemed the points before but can't apply it now?
Step 1: Find the “Points & Rewards” page of your account
Step 2: Click “Coupons” and you got two options:
1: Apply coupon (When all points are redeemed, you can apply coupon directly)
2: Revert to points (When you have more points can be redeemed, you can click this)
Notice: The email address in the Shipping & Bill Address needs to be the same email as your registered account email address, then the points can be applied successfully!
