At Celie Hair, every customer’s satisfaction is our eternal pursuit. All our hair products are made of raw human hair, which have been inspected by CISS, and enjoy a good reputation among our clients. We are always responsible for your interests and do our best to guarantee you a hassle-free online shopping experience. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellation, returns, and exchanges to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellation
Every customer has the right to cancel their order if they change their mind.
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@celiehair.com within one hour of placing it. We will process the order cancellation and assist you with the refund within 2 hours. (If you do not receive a reply in time, please take the time difference into consideration.)
Please note: Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
2. Order Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order are eligible for a refund or exchange if they have evident manufacturing defects — such as size, style, hair material, cap construction, or color not matching the product description.
2.2 Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, so any item that fails to meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2.3 Return & Refund Process
If you need to return or exchange the product, please contact our customer service to obtain the authorized return address. (Please note that free gifts must be returned together with the original package.)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 24 hours (funds go to your original payment account) or ship a replacement for exchanges.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are ineligible for return or exchange: care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special-order items.
2.5 Return Shipping Fee
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee if there is no quality issue and the return or exchange is due to personal preference.
