The customer service is so good! The communicated with me very well and responded in a timely manner! As for the wig, BEAUTIFULLLLL! The lace is very thin and the knots were easy to bleach. It was preplucked well so there wasn’t much work left to be done!
The hair quality was amazing soft bare minimum shedding and perfect density. I have received many compliments on these units on how natural they look on me. I also received the units almost 3 days earlier than what the shipping info stated. Packaging was also very nice with quality extras in it , not just lashes and a wig cap.
